The Director of Asset Management will play a pivotal role in shaping a sustainable and profitable hospitality real estate portfolio, focusing on optimizing operational cash flow, enhancing asset value, and implementing growth strategies to drive efficiencies and economies-of-scale advantages across the portfolio.

The candidate will possess the following:

• A bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Asset Management, Hotel Management, Finance, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Development.
• 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a regional or global multi-property role encompassing asset management, operations, hospitality management, real estate finance, and investments, and/or hospitality real estate development.
• Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural environment and adapt to various situations.
• Proven track record of collaborating with diverse hotel operators to achieve strategic objectives.
• Extensive experience in managing CAPEX and renovation projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
